I dont even think that bitch had her seatbelt on. I'd say shes a stupid ass bitch, that goes to any cop/ first responders, who blame people with less than superior hearing and those that trust green lights without the expectation a cop car is going to come flying into them). There's a device first responders have that changes the light red and in advance within reason. This seems completely unreasonable but I'd need the full story. If anyone has more context I'd love to know.
